"The CB on my 2005 Venture was not working. I took the bike in and was assured by Steve Murphy that it would be fixed. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the warranty, Steve had to make numerous phone calls and faxes to Yamaha and to Clarion to obtain the parts needed to repair the CB. It took alot of his time and he went above and beyond in order to get my bike repaired quickly and back to me. He knows what he is doing and keeps his word. Every time I have had to leave one of my 'babies' with them, they take good care of it and get it back to me as fast as possible. Greg is the only mechanic I trust to work on my Venture and my Roadie - he takes his time and treats the bikes as if they are his own. Thank you, M&W for keeping us on the road!"

"I have to say, my experience was excellent. I bought a mule and needed some work soon after. Without delay the service department was there for all question and fixed it. From the sale (Brandon) to the service (Steve Murphy) it was a delight to deal with guys. If you buy anywhere else you are crazy. Thank You M&W for running a great operation. "I've left a comment already from buying from Casey. We bought an '07 Vstar 1100 Custom and after riding it, the 650 just wasn't enough for me. I called Casey and told him exactly what I wanted and he had it in there the next week. The guys in the parts department are phenominal, too. I've dealt with them quite a few times, and they are consistently friendly and knowledgable. As for the service department, I'm not sure how they are...I've done all the work myself. However, I will be using them to do the changing of the oil filter. Can anybody explain to me why Yamaha would put the oil filter behind the pipe? It's slightly difficult when you try to change the filter...lol
I will never go buy another toy from anybody else!!"

"First, the sales process was exceptional. We were taken to "our" lake to try out two different boats. No pressure was applied to purchase the larger, more expensive boat because Kent, our salesperson, realized what we needed and what would work best for us overall.
Second, the Service Department has been consistently outstanding. After our first summer, they handled routine maintenance and winterizing flawlessly, and took care of one problem with an intake looking after our best interests. This summer we had two problems develop at the heart of the boating season right before guests arrived and days before our older boys had to leave for college. Steve, the Service Manager, worked our boat into the repair queue so that we had it in 48 hours. When another problem arose, he arranged for a loaner boat so that our company could enjoy two days on the water. Most importantly, throughout the repair process, he updated me or my wife so we knew what to expect and when.
Our experience is not at all unique. Several other members of our club (where we share a set of docks) have had similar experiences with M&W.
There is no question about where we will continue to do business."

"Letter of excellent service. I recently completed a survey after purchasing a vstar 1100 from Dealer X. 2 weeks after I've had the bike I had to take it in to look at a noise it was making. I completed the survey stating my disatisfaction of time of repair or the lack of communication I felt I should have recieved from Dealer X. Today 6/22/07 I then took the bike to M & W Powersports, the dealership where I should have bought the bike !!! I recieved a call from the service manager Steve Murphy and he has been the only one who has successfully explained the service procedure. My letter from before was based on frustration and I would like to appologies to Steve and commend him on his customer first attitude. Knowing what I know now I understand and I will do my best to be more patient as procedures unfold; thanks to Steve I will be recieving my motorcyle earlier than anticipated. Also let Gregg the technincian know that thanks for his patience with anxios to ride new bike owner customer. Steve again thanks for the upfront and frank discussion that is a quality I appreciate most; is tell it like it is..Good job Thanks and I hope you'll accept my appologies. Frank Barnes"

"My second comment has to do only with the Sevice Department. At time of purchase of my Sea Doo Jet Boat, I had a few requests of the service department and immediately butted heads with the SM at that time. He was not the professional that the Sales Department demonstrated. I was seriously thinking of changing dealerships for service. Upon return to M & W Powersports this month (June 2007) I was more than pleased to find that the NEW Service Manager is Steve Murphy. Steve was responsible in trying to keep peace with me and the previous SM. Thanks M & W for putting the correct person at the helm of the Service Department! "

" A big thank you to the guys in service!! I drove 900 miles pulling two jet ski's from Green Bay to see my sick son. He had been visiting and had some health issues..and had to fly back before we got to ride the skis...
I had issues with one..melted tubes...and it looked like we wouldn't get to ride them...A treat for my 18 year old, who had been through alot..
I explained my story to the guys in service. They were 7-10 days out working on the various motorcycles and jet skis...
but the tech..looked at it..in the parking lot..put new tubes in my 99 GTX...put it in water to check it out..fixed it..salvaged...saved my weekend with my sons....and sent me on my way..
!!!
Wow! Talk about above and beyond...You made my trip and all the miles worthwhile...and to see the smile on my son's face when he first rode that jet ski..made it all worthy while...

"I must confess my sins. I looked for a motorcycle at other dealers before coming to you. I shall sin no more. Pam got me the bike I wanted, at a price I thought was fair, kept me informed, was very pleasant to deal with, and did all this in addition to being very cute. Being the type of person that always plans ahead, I came to pick up my Kawasaki 900 custom, with no goggles,while waitng for my paperwork, I visited your parts department, found a pair I wanted and when I went to pay for them , Dave the parts guy, showed me some you had just got in, of course they cost twice as much, but I also thought they were worth the price and better suited my needs. I like my new bike alot, and when you sell me my next one, you will have done your job well, I will come see you first next time, and hopefully Pam will sell me again ! Thanks!"

"Casey was great to work with. We bought a wave runner and I told him I'd be back tomorrow to buy a Yamaha V-Star 650 that was gorgeous! He was awesome from the first time I spoke with him. We actually took the waverunner out on the water to make sure it ran alright and it was perfect! I can't hardly stay off my bike and constantly want to be out riding it. Casey made our buying experience simple and easy. He went over everything with us about the bike and wave runner and hooked us up with a trailer and new tires at a very reasonable price.

Your finance manager was very polite and respectful. He made the usually difficult portion of the purchase very enjoyable. You don't get that very often. "On Tues 9-12-06 i got a screw in my back tire,i called the service dept panicked to get it repaired,i told the serv mang i am a Patriot Guard Rider,i had funeral to escort in the morn early i needed if fixed or re-placed right away he said he and a mech would wait and they fixed me right up with a smile and even examined my brakes for free! I never got that kind of help at other places!!! "
